Premio Dardos

Many thanks to Sarah for the Premio Dardos Award! The instructions were to pass this to 55 more blogs?! Wish I could, but time just does not allow it.
However, I do appreciate the nod Ms. Sarah, aka, Temp!

A Rose By Any Other Name

My relatives send me lots and lots of various stuff in email. Breadline Design totally got my attention today. For some reason this site got me to giggling and only because I think we've all seen it play out in blogger names, domain names, etc. etc.--- mine included.
Who knows I may snag a newer and cooler name from this site.

Designer Award

One of the coolest things of all is to watch someone succeed in something you share a mutal love and interest. Stacey Crossley has got to be one of my most favorite people in the Digi World. She has absolutely progressed as a Designer and better yet, is one of the nicest and down-to-earth ladies! She makes my day brighter with comments she leaves on my blog and that means a lot to me.
So I am most honored to receive this award from my friend Stacey. Thank you again Mrs. C, I luv ya hun!

Another Bites The Dust

I just received this today in my email. I'm peeved that is getting more and more difficult to find hardcopy Digital Scrapping Magazines for snailmail subscriptions.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear Sue,
Certainly you've come to rely on the inspiration and creativity that comes with each and every issue of Digital Scrapbooking.
We are saddened to share the news that, due to difficult conditions in both the economy and the publishing market, CK Media has made the decision to cease publication of Digital Scrapbooking magazine after the February/March issue.
Although we are discontinuing the magazine, we still believe in, and are committed to, digital scrapbooking as a growing segment of the market. We will continue to deliver relevant content to our tech-savvy audience via our Web site at www.digitalscrapbooking.com.
We value you as a subscriber and will honor your remaining issues with Creating Keepsakes magazine. In each issue, you'll find hundreds of fresh scrapbook ideas and new designs, computer tips and tricks, great photo techniques and enhancers and much, much more.
If you would like to extend your subscription to Creating Keepsakes now, you'll receive our special low rate of 1 year (12 issues) for only $19.97. That's a savings of 72% off the cover price and $5.00 off the regular renewal rate!
Thank you for your loyalty and support in the scrapbooking community. We look forward to having you as a continued subscriber.
Sincerely,
Jennafer Martin
